Do I need cigar experience to get started?
No. Prefilled humidors come stocked with popular cigars, and your sales rep provides refill recommendations so you know what to reorder.
What is the difference between prefilled and build your own?
Prefilled humidors arrive stocked with a set assortment of popular cigars, with savings compared to buying them separately. Build your own lets you choose a standing humidor size and finish, then customize the cigars with your sales rep. A free humidor and/or humidifier is available with a qualifying order.
How are the savings calculated?
Savings are compared to non-prefilled everyday low pricing through Phillips & King, with costs tallied per cigar, and include the humidor and humidification system. The customer is responsible for shipping, taxes, and fees.
How do I restock?
Every prefilled cigar has a restock item number, so reordering best sellers is simple. Reorder online or through your sales rep.
Who can join the program?
Humidor programs are available to licensed tobacco retailers. Certain terms and conditions apply, so talk to your sales rep to see if you qualify.
